I was on high alert all the time. Working a 24/7 shift that never ended, and then someone - or the dog - barfs. You're supposed to prioritize self-care...but how? When? Who will watch the kids? How was I supposed to unplug and actually relax on the rare occasion I did manage to sneak an hour of "just me" time? I felt like I was one Jenga block away from the whole tippy tower falling down.
Every decision we make is shaped by a clear sense of purpose.

I feel like this should be a specific call out to my freebie lead generation items?? To get newsletter signups?? I'm going to have:
a downloadable affirmations track for the morning carpool run
a PDF of some kind that would be helpful to moms (maybe a mind map they can fill out)
another audio file to download for evening affirmations
I guess this could link to the freebies page, but what would the copy be here? Also, I don't want to do moms and kids, because, like we said, this is about the woman in addition to the mom. I have also made a commitment to use only lifestyle photography of myself on the website, since I never do look all polished and dressed up with makeup on. I don't want to present that here. It helps me just feel really real.
But what background picture? I guess I need a theme of background pictures, like they will always be of nature or they will always be something????? Messiness of motherhood? Spilled milk or something? I don't want to show a peaceful mom meditating because that is bullshit when you are unable to even catch your breath. Need some help here.
